Asset Checklist

A checklist of all assets agency partners are expected to provide to the BMS IT team at initial handoff along with the completed BuildEasy Intake Form. Following the BMS IT team’s review of the Intake Form, the BMS production manager will schedule a review call with the agency and assigned IT project manager.

Works alongside the Authoring Guide by providing visual aids for all the design elements. While the Authoring Guide teaches you how to create, the Design Lab shows you what it should look like in a live environment.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) Guidance

A repository for uploading digital assets (such as images, PDFs, Word documents, presentations, etc.) that could be referenced within sites built using BuildEasy.

Getting Started Guide

Provides agency partners with general guidance for BuildEasy Pre-Boarding, On-Boarding, Training, and Designing; streamlines required tasks; and educates agencies on the BuildEasy process.
